Our Voyageurs brew bags feature single-origin beans from fair trade cooperatives of native Mayan farmers in the Sierra Madre mountain regions of Chiapas, Mexico. The farms here focus on sustainable shade-growing practices that protect forests from clear-cutting and promote the protection of migratory bird populations by encouraging a biological diversity of plants and animals in the region. This coffee delivers a robust, full-bodied cup with notes of dark chocolate, roasted pecans, maple syrup, and dried fruit. The Voyageurs name is a nod to one of our favorite U.S. National Parks, a place that hides its pristine untouched wilderness behind tough trekking. How to Brew
Simply drop a brew bag into your vessel of choice, add water, and let it steep overnight in the night air (or your fridge). If a hot cup is preferred, steep in hot water for 4-5 minutes!
