How It Works

Step 1: Steep

Step 2: Sleep

Step 3: Enjoy

Simply add one brew bag to your favorite vessel before bed with 12 oz of water. Let nature and time do the rest.

  • Time

An overnight steep allows for a slower extraction process. This allows the coffee to express its more nuanced flavor profile. The best part? All the magic happens while you sleep and it's ready the minute you rise to take on the day.

  • Taste

Not only does the extra time draw out more subtle flavors, but the lower process temperature also protects the brew from burnt, bitter and acidic notes you get from high temperature french press, quick steep, or drip processes.

  • Technique

It's amazing that something that tastes so good is a product of something so simple. All you need is our brew bag and some water to make this work. No bulky equipment, no pesky grounds to clean up, just great coffee.

"What if I prefer hot coffee or forget to start my brew before bed?"

No worries, let your brew work overnight to maintain that enhanced flavor profile and gently warm it up in the morning. Best Practice: heat gently - don't boil - to keep flavors smooth.

While it might not be as exceptional as our overnight brew method, our versatile brew bags can be used for quick steeped hot coffee in case you have too much fun around the campfire the night before...
